We have some of the oldest vines in the valley with all our fruit hand picked to maintain quality. Our shiraz is made in traditional hand plunged open fermenters and matured for up to two years in oak and our chardonnay ranges from show reserve with partial barrel fermentation to a fresh unwooded style.
