First Creek Wine
Centre
The First
Creek Wine Centre has it's origins linked
to the coming together of four of Hunter
Valley's experienced winemakers in 1997 -
who pooled their resources and talents to
establish a business to meet the contract
winemaking demands of a whole new range of
Hunter vignerons
We have
scaleability for expansion after
completing 4 stages (and 10,000 sq
metres), of a planned 7 stage modern
winemaking/bottling/storage and retailing
development on a site with First Creek as
it's northern border, and represents one
of the Hunter Valley's largest winery
developments in the last 10 years.
As one of
the Hunter Valley's most successful team
of winemakers, First Creek Winemaking
Services has integrated winemaking,
bottling and storage activities to provide
a seamless total winemaking solution with
a high level of technical knowledge and
experience, culminating in "bottling for
winemakers by winemakers"
We offer
professional winemaking services to more
than 32 boutique labels, and bottling for
more than 100 companies including Tulloch,
Two Rivers, Gartelmann, Ivanhoe,
Krinklewood, Hungerford Hill & Mt
Broke wines.
The latest
acquisition in wine closure technology
together with additional refinements to
the existing bottling line have provided
greater productivity necessary to meet
production targets for our larger clients
with unique packaging needs to enter new
markets.
